Lloyd was a Channel 8 weather-guy back in the '70's in Idaho Falls Idaho. A real, outgoing, yet embarrassing kind of guy. He made it big and is seen occasionally on national TV. I saw him once in George Steinbrenner's box seat at Yankee Stadium. He's a Butte Montana boy that made good. I prefer this pic to the one below of that Donald Rumsfeld.
